Obituary of Frederick Thell Salmon

Frederick Thell Salmon ‘Rick’ 68, Dec. 22, 1954 – Nov. 11, 2023

Free from his earthly chains. Rick passed away after a long illness. Born in Raliegh, NC., spent most of his life in Lakland, FL and Polk County, FL areas. A graduate of Santa Fe High School, he was a paint contractor by trade. Rick was an extremely talented artist that loved music and sports.

Predeceased by his parents Robert ‘Bob’ and Regina ‘Jean’ Salmon.

Survived by his sister Wanda (Clyde) Quick – Riverdale, GA. Nieces Amanda (Mike) Masrob – Irmo, SC and Leslie (Chris) Massey – Hartselle, AL. Nephew John Quick – Riverdale, GA. Grandnephews Dakota, Wyatt, Christopher, Uriah, Malachi. Grandnieces Savannah, Emma, Ava. 

There are no services planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital Cancer Research.
